In total you get 500 repetitions of those exercises which work against your bodyweight and zilch more. That's why they refer to it as the Bodyweight 500 workout. You need to perform these 500 reps one following the other without pausing. Trust me, it is extremely intensive. Through the end of the session you'll be huffing and puffing and sweating profusely. But you may have also burned lots of calories, spiked your heartbeat, and worked nearly every muscle in your body. And it requires a ridiculously small amount of time to do it.
